Things have been absolutely crazy! So much work… and so little time to do it. It always seems to happen this way. I think to myself “I wonder when the next shoot/project will be” and then BAM! everything happens seems to pile up at one time. Not being full time yet it gets challenging to balance. I have my main priority, which is my ministry job, and then design/photography seems to get pushed aside. It is hard to convey the need for me to step back to clients who always seem to want things NOW! I also don’t want to sound unprofessional saying something like “well I’m not full time, i have a “real” job”. How suckie would I be then?

I’m expecting that now is that calm before the storm time. I have a few things on the docket, but it is spaced out over the summer. I also see that those things are packed between weddings, bachelor parties, retreats, mission trips, and vacations. Ohhh the anticipation. God always seems to give me the time i need. Editing till 4am isn’t my idea of extra time, but I will take what I can get.
