Here are a few shots from my first day of traveling. Lots more to come. I have most of the day two shots edited, but since it is only 5p I still have some shooting to do. I’ll just wait to see what I get before I post. I’d love to know what you think!
PS: the 7003 house was on the cover of last month’s DWELL. So nice to see it in person!

As you know im here in San Diego visiting my brother for the week. Beautiful beaches and a great city. However, back home a hurricane is coming! Couple of concerns… #1 – my family! I’m greatful that I have great help with parents on both sides to take care of my wife and kids. #2 – my flight back in! I fly in Wednesday… I hope I can get home to my family! The feeling of total helplessness really sucks in this situation. As a man we are called to love and protect what we love. Words of advice is all I can give over the phone at this point. Fortunatley I will be back just after for cleanup and assesment, but for now it is just prayers and virbal support. This distance is helping me to worry less about things and only be concerned for my family’s saftey. At this point I am very confident about their saftey. Evacuation plans are in place and there is family with them to help out. No one wants to deal with the drama of a messed up home, but if that is all I had to deal with then we will all be ok! You are probably wondering why this post is titled “anyone out there?”. Well it’s because I’m assuming not many people are playing on the Internet as usual preparing for this storm so this is a request for prayers from anyone and everone outside of our area reading this blog. Thanks!

Great shots. What else is there to do waiting for the hurricane, yard is picked up and reservations to Arkansa are in place? Check out Jamie’s site. I’ll be looking forward to viewing more pics.
Have a great time. Sent my love to your Casey and to you too!
Love you guys! -
Sorry that was a type error. Not to “your Casey”. I meant to Casey and to you too.
